Divjot has started her journey as a qualified lawyer with Cornellia Chambers in the capacity of a trainee. Before her engagement with Cornellia Chambers, she has had the opportunity to work as a legal intern at notable law firms and corporations (across India) experiencing both corporate and litigation aspects of the legal profession. She has assisted with legal research on a wide range of subjects including data protection, labour law, company law (including mergers & acquisitions and foreign investment), intellectual property rights.
She has also assisted with contract drafting, contract review, formulation of legal opinions. Here at Cornellia Chambers she assists in various client interactions and is highly motivated to expand her areas of expertise and experiences.
She has also been seconded to and works with the legal team of Infosys BPM on behalf of Cornellia Chambers.
