Pritika is a lawyer with over +12 years of diverse experience. As a lawyer, she has serviced multinational and national companies, small and medium size enterprises, start-ups, not-for-profit organizations as well as individuals.
Prior to founding Cornellia Chambers, she was serving with J. Sagar Associates (JSA).
Pritika’s practice areas include general corporate and foreign investment advisory, investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions (domestic and international), domestic and global commercial contracting, constitutional, regulatory litigation and international arbitration. Her core sectors of practice are technology, finance, telecom (digital communication), broadcasting, aviation and defence.
She enjoys working with select corporate clients and provides them end to end legal solutions. She is deeply passionate about solving their problems, safeguarding their interests and seeing them succeed.
On the contentious side she appears before the High Courts, Supreme Court, Tribunals, Regulators, District Courts and other Governmental Authorities. She also assists imminent legal counsels on complex briefs.
She believes that an active litigation practice helps add valuable insights to her corporate advisory and transaction practice. She also teaches law and is working towards building the Cornellia School of Practicing Law.
Her vision is to provide outstanding, solution driven, clear, holistic legal advice and legal support in India. She is passionate about law, driven towards change and dreams of re-creating India.
